DESCRIPTION
 This
apartment is situated on the first floor and available to rent for short or longer periods at
Giardini-Naxos/taormina in Sicily; it's only 20 minutes' drive
from the Taormina centre, 10 minutes drive from the station, 60
minutes drive from the Fontanarossa International Airport (Catania).
It is a nice apartment with all modern
conveniences in a quiet neighbourhood where you can get away
from it all. There is a double bed and two other beds so up to 4
people can stay in the apartment.
The apartment includes a cooker, household articles, cutlery and
crockery, and more besides. Giardinia flat is
situated in a residential area with easy access to the
shopping center and postal office too. In three
minutes walking you can rich shops, the bus-stop, the beach,
restaurants, a tourist information centre, and more.
Around, the area offers a number of beautiful
walks . The beds are made-up as in a hotel; no washing machine
is available.

the Giardinia apartment has a tranquil charm that is great for
tourist after a long day of tours and for the business professional
who requires space, confort, and quiet after a long day of work and
meetings.
IMPORTANT:
Rental fee includes water, light and
gas consumption.Price include
finally cleaning and
bed linen (only for maximum 1 week); towels, hand towels are
supplied according
to your needs and are included in the price.

GENERAL
CONDITIONS
This apartment are delivered in order, clean and the upkeep condition is always very
good.
For booking: Compile request by email and send it , once confirmed it is necessary a payment on account for 50% of total
fee. The last 50% it will be payed at arrival.
On reception of payment on
account I'll send you, always, a write confirmation and an house
description card including a phone address and/or an e-mail that you can
use just to resolve every necessity before to leave.
The owner ask a caution of 100 euro
totally refunded leaving the house in order and without material damage.
The cancelling of resevation involves the following
penalties computed on total rent amount:
1) - 30% until 30 days
before arrival day
2) - 50% from 30 to 7 days before arrival
day
3) - 70% from 7 days to arrival day
For cancelling of
reservation by the owner for exceptional events it will be refunded the total
amount, leaving out every
refund for moral or material damage.
